Sorry I haven't answered you until now, but I'm having a lot of trouble getting this website to work right. Can't imagine what the problem is.

My point about Coughlin was that he exhibited the leadership skills he learned in the Marine Corps. While some people might find his hard-assed approach too difficult to deal with, there is a flip side. That is, the leader endures with his men. He had no ski mask, no Michelin suit. He was saying, "Men, we're a team, and we'll deal with this together. Now forget about the weather and execute the plan."
