It will be interesting how tomorrow's game plays out....although I wish it was a home game. With a home game you can watch what you want not what the cameras want you to see. I'd like to think that someone on the Panthers staff has noticed this a pointed it out to Carr.

from what i've read from houston fans, us being excited about david carr would be like a team getting excited about tim biakabutuka after we cut him.

there's a reason a guy (franchise's first draft pick none the less) gets cut so somebody else's back up can come in and start.

carr sucks more balls than fred and builder combined at a gay pride parade.

I really hope he proves me wrong tomorrow.

It's become increasingly obvious, to me at least, granted i don't write for sports illustrated for kids, that Delhomme is an above average starting qb mainly because we've seen what his backups can do compared to him. If he doesn't come back next year i can only pray that we can get somebody 3 times as good as carr because that's what it'll take to be a starter in this league.

Schaub has been beaten to hell this year because the still can't keep a QB upright. Carr was the whipping boy because he's the QB, but it's now clear that he was far from their only problem. The Texans won't be worth a shit until they address that line. They managed to beat us because we have absolutely no pass rush and because Andre Johnson tossed our safeties' assholes. It had nothing to do with Schaub being 100x better than Carr.

Carr had Andre Johnson. Schaub looked a lot better with him, yeah. Ahman Green didn't hurt, either. Schaub isn't the end-all, and he's not that great. But he looks like a solid starter, and it's not his fault they paid so much for him. Carr earned his own release, and he's not playing well enough to make anyone regret cutting him.

Schaub isn't really doing any more for Houston than Carr did for them last year, at least statistically. Take that for what it's worth.

Especially since it wasn't Schaub vs. Carr. Delhomme was the QB when they ate our lunch. Aside from two great plays from Smith, it really was an ass whooping they handed out.

AFC South is the best conference in the NFL. Houston is doing pretty good.
