    He gets it because UNC won. I'll admit Costner played better, but the MVP 99.99% of the time goes to the winning team. Had State won it, it would've been Costner.

    Remember Atsur was hurt for 12 games during the conference schedule. The committee takes those things into consideration.

    doesn't matter. State's not in. Its sad considering how hard they fought, but it just ain't gonna happen.

    yup

    I kinda thought, just maybe, the Holes would melt a little having not played games in the tourney against teams that made them work all the way to the end. Had enough of those during the season where it wasn't a problem for them at all.

    Costner is one helluva player, also have to give Lowe credit also, he never gave up, if Sendick had still been there, no way State would have made a game of it after being that much down in the 2nd half.

    Great game. Both teams fought hard. Congratulations Roy, and hats off to you Sidney Lowe. The best two teams of the tournament made the finals. UNC's defense was much better in the ACC tournament.
