    Change is good, the thing that makes me wonder is often when a Corrdinator gets the hook...the HC isn't far from the chopping block himself.

    Just sayin...:hmm:

    I'd like it if this got pushed out, too.

    McCoy's not deserving of the OC at all, and IMO, he's not done anything to own the QBs coach job either.


    Where's Crossman gone, or Flajole? I'd have cut either before any of these.

    A little surprised with Perry (who had some esteem coming out) and Maser. They could move Magazu up to OL coach, he has experience, but I'd rather not. I wouldn't mind Tom Cable or the guy who used to be with MN ...Loney? in that spot.


    Really rather have Skipper than anyone but Fassell. I'm still surprised they did it - and as critical as I've been of him I never advocated this happening, but I think we can come out of this ahead.

    And I guess it's your move, Key.

    That is the problem with any strict system. It is inflexible. A competent individual would be flexible enough to abide by certain core principles that he believed in, yet also be able to adjust as needed based on personel available. Running straight up the middle behind 3rd stringers is going to work less often and 5 step drops in the passing game might very well cause your streaky QB to get happy feet and have a bad year (when he is not getting crushed).

    Having injuries on the line is the real issue. Adjustment and wins might have helped Henning's cause, but we have been complaing about the 3rd down draw for years now.

    I dont care all that much whether Key stays or goes. I want him here and all, I guess, but if he doesnt want to be here, move the fuck on.
