    You'd obviously have to win enough games to get in, but right now even one loss threatens your title aspirations. As I said, the OSU-Michigan, UF-SC, and UCLA-USC games would have meant absolutely nothing under a playoff system. And as for seeding, it's on a neutral site, why would seeding matter?

    The basketball tourny is on neutral sites too. The concensus top ranked teams would not have to face each other till later on.
