My wife and I discussed setting 4 as a limit and I thought that would be enough. Then #5 came and I thought, well it's only 1 more and before I knew it I realized I was in 6.

3 Yahoo, ( 2 of them are IDP leagues)
    2-1 in all three leagues

1 NFL league at work (1-2)

1 Keeper salary cap league for money (CBS) (1-2)

1 Local 16 team redraft league live and in person for money (CBS) (3-0)

As too the other question....how many do I follow regularly....all of them of course.
