I'm not seeing much quality there. 1/2 of The Who....that's about it. Hope the drugs are good there. Doesn't look like there's much else to offer!

    You're nuts.

The Flaming Lips (see my posts about their live show)
    Gnarls Barkley (also fun live)
Clap Your Hands Say Yeah - I havent seen them live yet, but they could be very good to see up close.
The New Pornographers - hell yes. Damn are they fun to listen to.
Drive-By Truckers - another band that I havent seen live. They will kick enormous amounts of ass, I am sure.
Wolfmother - I dont like these guys that much, but the Led Zep fans will.

The Raconteurs might not be bad either, especially live. Thievery Corporation doesnt sound like a good live act. Theyre a studio band.

The Who - meh, the Chillis - were better 15 years ago, & I dont give a rip about The Killers, Keane or Scissor Sisters.

Good assesment Hard Harry, I'm REALLY looking forward to seeing The Flaming Lips (classic), Gnarls Barkley (they'll be done after this summer), Wolfmother (I like Led Zep), Red Hot Chili Peppers (one of these days they'll stop playing, and I'll be glad I saw them), and the Who (hell the Who alone is a $100 ticket, and that's the price for ALL these bands, good deal!)

I've seen the Drive-By-Truckers, there pretty good, clock in a good alcohol buzz and go to work. And yes, I will be on something, garaunteed, it's the only way to travel! Party like a rock star, right! I can't wait!

Wayne Coyne has grey hair, they started playing in the early 80's, they've stuck to there guns, pumped out psuedo quality material for decades, while all of their peers have OD'ed or fucked each other, CLASSIC!! I'm not a part of the Flaming Lips fan club, yet, but they are a band that has made it, and probably deserve the title, CLASSIC!!! (and I act 12, but I'm really 14!):ylsuper:

I'm seriously considering going to this. The DB Truckers rock live, and there are several other bands on that bill I'd like to see. Plus I could use a crabcake.
