while on vacation, we visited one of our all-time favorite "greasy spoon" eating joints.....The Biscuit Shack at Cherry Grove. the best hash browns i've ever ate, yep.

We eat here every time we leave to come home. Best breakfast in all of the Grand Strand.

 

Tarbabys has been too greasy the last two times we ate there. I do mean last.

I like Bumms (or is it Bummz) on 21st and Ocean in Myrtle Beach.

not really a greasy spoon but a good local joint.

 

My wife and I go down most weekends. We go to Friendly's often. It's not great but I've certainly had worse. The service has always been good. She and I get the special and it cost us less than $10. Not too bad if your at the beach on a budget.
