You didn't, but I already covered that. Remember how you were trying to compare Foster to Priest Holmes? Remember how you said Hurney was a genius and that Foster wouldn't get that $5 million a year I said he would? But in fairness, you weren't as pro-Foster before that as I thought. I must have confused you with one of the other morons out there. At a certain point, the idiots start to sound alike.
Actually those totals are included in the 4.1 career average I cited. Moreover, I already covered the fact that the Giants were missing all three of their starting linebackers and their best run-stopping DT.
Seriously dude, when you say things like this you look like the stupid fuck I've always claimed that you are. First, pretty much everyone except you is excited about DeAngelo Williams. But as for the accusation in question, I have never compared Williams to Barry Sanders. Go ahead and look for a spot where I have. I've also said that I expect Foster to get the majority of the carries this season and that I'm ok with that. Williams isn't guaranteed to be anything, but he is the most promising running back we've ever had. And yes, I made that judgment from looking at film. You dismissing that is hilarious considering that's exactly how players are evaluated, and especially since you don't evaluate players at all or have the knowledge to do so even if you tried. You just come here and talk shit, because that's all you can do. You're useless and always have been.

Nope, the 4.1 average does NOT include post season numbers. Post season stats are always tracked separately. I’m REALLY surprised you didn’t know that.

Oh don’t get me wrong; I’m excited about what he "might" do but I’m not ready to anoint the guy Pope yet like some of you.

I dismiss as hilarious the thought that by looking at college game tape you think that D Williams will unseat Foster (with what you call limited pay) by next season. Believe me, I hope you are right but it is NOT a logical position to take. It’s ridiculous.

This is why people (certainly not just me) know that you're an idiot with no football knowledge. It would be illogical to think that DeAngelo Williams wouldn't have a good shot to take the starting job from Foster by next season. Do you understand that he was drafted in the first round? Do you understand that Foster is not dependable due to his inconsistency and injury issues? Do you understand that Foster has been a below average running back when facing anyone who isn't the worst run defense in the NFL?

I don't view Foster so much in the context of a starting running back, but rather as a valuable situational component to this offense. I believe that Williams will could be handling the half (if not the bulk) of the carries by week 4, but DF will continue to evolve as an option, particularly on third downs, and split wide on 5W sets.

Foster remains quite valuable to this offense, just not in the conventional "gonna pound you for 120 yards a week" way.

And as noted, I wouldn't mind keeping Foster around forever if he had a reasonable salary, but no one is going to pay $5 million a year for a backup running back.
