    I wish he did have a shot, however the sad truth is that nobody wants him and Herb is twice the coach Lutz is.

    Just so you know, 49er fans are getting to be bigger ingrates than State fans when it comes to bashing their own coach.

    Not even close. The Lutz haters are just starting to emerge while the Herb haters have been around for a long time. I do believe both fans suffer from an inferiority complex though. State with UNC and Duke, and Charlotte with the whole damn ACC.

    I'm not bashing Lutz. I think he's okay, not great but okay. I just said he's not going to get any offers because of late season tank last year and all out underachievement this year.

    If that's bashing, I guess I'm bashing.

    Can't be bashing. Our coach didn't take us to the Sweet 16 last year and to the NCAAs the last five years. Why would we bash someone that had done that?
