Charlotte Bobcats' rookie Sean May had a second arthroscopic surgery on his right knee today to clean away torn cartilage that was causing him pain and keeping him off the court.
The surgery was initially exploratory in nature to discover the source of pain that had knocked him out of the last 13 games. Bobcats team physician Dr. Glenn Perry performed the surgery, trimming some torn cartilage out of the knee.
May, a former starter at North Carolina, was the 13th overall pick in June's NBA draft.
The Bobcats did not give a timetable for May's recovery, but such surgeries generally require 6-8 weeks of healing.
May's original surgery was September 13 in Southern California.

It's a good thing we've got another high first invested in someone who plays the same position, oh wait, he's out too :banginghe

At least we'll get a good draft pick, if we don't get screwed in the lottery. Gerald Wallace is looking like a good player, we need to resign him too.

Yep, they could use another high draft pick, hopefully get a player who is a scorer but can do other things.

I haven't really looked at all the players who are out(or may be coming out) there too closely.

JJ would be a scorer, but they would need a player who could do other things as well.

As you all know i am a UNC fan but let me say that May Was not worth the 13Pick.A guy that has only play in 4games is not worth that of a high pick
