I do remember that clip. What I thought was funny, was that Rome was laughing all the time. Don't believe he really thought Everett was really pissed.
Don't like Rome anyway, so it made me smile a little more to see him get roughed up a little. Unfortunatley, admitting to knowing this clip shows my age. Dam!!

 

I heard a few years later that it was staged.

 

I didn't hear it was staged, oh well.

Don't think it was staged because Rome got fired the next day...kind of reminds me of old Jimmy 'the greek'...when he made his comments about black guys running real fast because they were former slaves and running from white masters....dumbass.

 

I absolutely hate Jim Rome. I wish a slow painful death for his children. He's a fucking shitbag.

His children make him happy. That's worth it for them to die to see that ********** live in misery. I hate em. If I had one bullet and Jim Rome and Osama were in the same room, Osama would be a free man.
