All of the kids they have called up have had big moments. Yesterday, the vs the Nats, the Braves started 8 homegrown players.

in his high school state championship series his senior year he went 11 for 13 with 7 homeruns. He went to high school about 45 minutes from where my house is now

I believe the Braves are set in right field for the next decade. Infact its plum scary to see what they may have the next few years as a whole. LaRoche, Giles, Furcal/Betemit, Chipper, Francoeur, Andruw, Johnson/Langerhans.

Great move for your fantasy team. The kid is amazing!!!

Johnson & Langerhans are both from the Austin area, and they did a 15 minute segment on the local news one night about Langerhans. Refreshing to hear about my team rather than the Astros or Rangers for a change. What's really startling is how so many of the young players are from the Atlanta area and Georgia. Now that's what I call back-yard recruiting!
