    Nice PIX !

Great to see the Panters in uniform no matter what it is. Look like :ylsuper: :ylsuper: the receivers are using both hands which is a good start, hope they do that in the games too..........Than Old Coot named John :trophy: :trophy:

I don't think Goings and Hoover are the same type player. Hoover is a battering ram blocking back who can do some other things. Goings is a RB who can also play FB, but who can't blast out a hole.

    Nice pics.

Reed says the OL is struggling. Did you notice, and if so, did you notice who?

Why? I agree he's a better skill player, but is he a better blocker? Brad's really developed into a road grader the last couple of seasons.

The first team isn’t terribly mismatched, in fact I was pretty impressed with Wahle vs. Jenkins, Wahle held his own. Gross struggled a little with Peppers but so would a brick wall.

    Second team is another story

-#91 Omari Jordan beat #62 Tupe Peko pretty badly. (I don’t expect Peko to be around very long)

-#67 Jordan Carstens Just Abused #64 Bill Ferrario

Couple of more thoughts as I look through the prints (they're still working on the CD's)

Couple of other thoughts, after watching 7 practices, Gamble may emerge as our best player in the secondary, Branch has vastly improved his positioning, Thomas Davis not only knows where he should be but he looks around to make sure the other 3 – 4 DB’s are in the right place, often times motioning to them to “get where they’re supposed to be” that was a very encouraging sign. Emanuel, Jackson, Hampton will be a great battle to watch.

Weinke outplayed everybody at QB, though obviously he’s no threat to Jake as the starter, He’s clearly the next best option and I’d be comfy if God forbid Jake goes down.

    Freeman is a big dude.

    Gaines looks fat.

Best quote of the week by Dan Morgan: “I’m trying to get Aden Durde to say some things in English”

“Jump ball” they have a new drill (I’ve never seen it before) where they line 2 WR’s face to face and they throw the ball up between them (just like the opening tip off in B-Ball)
Smith out jumped Carter on three straight that I saw.
