The one thing about this front office that has had me scratching my head for the past few years is their tendancy to get rid of a player in a heart beat, without having the foggiest notion of how to replace him. Last year was a prime example with the OL. This year it's Todd S and Moose. If anyone thinks we won't miss both, they are dreaming. But like Mag say, it's not who you cut but who you replace him with. Now the team is trying to replace TS and Moose. This is obvious from the fact that we are negotiating with the Skins. Can we find a suitable replacement??? I am convinced after last year it will be by blind luck if we can find one.

However we can't possibly be as up the creek as last year.

I didn't intend to seem like I was bashing. Magnus, y2b, didn't mean to take things personally and take jabs. I get a little defensive. Moose was a big part of this team. I don't even remember how this all got started. Truce??

I can go with that. I guess I just couldn't find a better word for his opinion...

Meanwhile, I'm off to the pool

All's well. [IMG]Half of the people in this forum started contributing because they were arguing with me...the other half left because of it [IMG]

If Moose was so bad then Fox & Co are idiots because they REALLY wanted him back here.

Those numbers were awesome. I loved the Moose. Wish him well with Grossman in Chi-Town.

The only number I held against Moose was 32. You simply can't give big money to a player over 30 and hope to manage the cap.

    Agree Smith / Gardner / Colbert > Smith / Colbert / Proehl

Other thing to think about is with the top flight DBs we've collected we likely won't see much positive coming out of the WRs in camp, which could further muddle the evaluation process.
