American Idol Vonzell

I am watching both Tuesday and then WEDNESDAY NIGHTS SHOW now. What's the deal with Vonzell? I saw her dad, was he some absentee dad or what?

i am not sure, i hate the show, but the blonde kid who lives fairly local to me was voted off tonight. when it first started i watched it a couple times with my 11yr old. anyway the little dorky blonde reminds me of a very young william broad aka billy idol.

 

i guessed the blonde girl shoulda gone, based on the previous night's show, not anthony. he was pretty good the night before. but anthony should have been out before scott, IMO.

i dont get why underwood is so popular. bo i can see why.

vonzell will prolly be next.

the show is getting lame. they need to get a fresh approach next year or they'd lose my loyalty...which is really not a big deal as i dont even vote.

 

They referred to her hving hard week recently and then her pimped pimped out dad was shown on the TV. She was crying and such. I just wondered what had happened

 

I never heard why Vonzell was crying on the actual show but according to msnbc.com:

Tuesday night, Vonzell Solomon broke down after her first song (becoming the first "Idol" contestant in history to start sobbing because of something Paula Abdul said)

I have no clue what Paula said though. I liked Anthony but I figured it would be either him or Vonzell that would leave. Unless she does a great performance this coming week she will be next. The final two will be Carrie and Bo.......and Bo will win it all.

 

I read that one of her friends or someone she is close to is bad off with cancer
