    So far, so good. All ACC teams are present and accounted for after round 1 of the NCAA National Championship. Although Wake, NC State, GT and yes even Duke faced tough opponents they all withstood the challenge. UNC was the only team that got an easy win but look for the road to get bumpy as the field narrows and the nations hottest teams square off again today and Sunday. How many will survive after this weekend? Wake takes on WV today, the rest play again on Sunday as UNC battles Iowa State, NC State attempts to take down defending champs UConn, Duke faces Mississippi State and GT faces Conference USA giant Louisville. Gotta love the madness.

    I'd love to see NCSU take out UConn, but I don't think it's gonna happen. Then again, I didn't think Bucknell had a shot in hell of taking out Kansas. So much for a Kansas-UNC match-up. :banana:

    Hadn't you heard Alpha Its because the ACC gets the good seeds. You know the "All Coat tails Conference" or whatever the Whiners refer to the ACC as. But I do know one thing, 1 lowly 10 seed won out of the 4 regions. And it was ACC-7 vs Conf USA-2.

    I doubt 4 will remain tomorrow. I doubt two will remain. Wake can shut up about the 1 seed now.
