I somewhat agree and somewhat disagree.

    My points:

    1) They tried to cram TOO much storyline into 1hr45min.
    2) They should have spent more time evolving the Drake character.
    3) The weapons, fight scenes, all top notch as usual
    4) "Van Wilder" as comic relief was the stupidest idea ever.
    5) I thought the reaper dogs were fucking hilarious
    6) If you read comic books as a kid put it into perspective. Every comic you bought had the stereotypical, predictable storyline. There's a bad guy, and the good guys go get him, while avoiding the law.

In my opinion, if you enjoyed the first two, you'll also enjoy this one, just know that the story line is similiar.

If you didnt enjoy the first two, wait for the dvd.

Aw man. =( Thanks for letting me know though. I'll just wait 'til it comes to the $2.00 theatre.

Jessica Biel is an awful actress as it is. Did you see the remake of Texas Chainsaw? HORRIBLE.....

Van Wilder actually did a Chris Benoit wrestling move submission hold, and Triple H actually bodyslammed him the same way he does wrestlers.

It was fun to watch, but a little overdone.

Subtle? Hardly. He was still Triple H.

Yeah - I think Van Wilder ruined it for me. I got tired of his stupid James Bond like comments while he was getting pounded.

But I liked the first 2, and still thought this one sucked, so I guess we'll just disagree on that. I do agree the fight scenes were good, but overall still pretty shitty, IMO.

Depends on what you're looking for going in, I guess. I went with the SO this afternoon, & wasn't looking for much beyond action & the innate hot-ness of Wesley :)

We both had a good time. There were a few laugh-out-loud moments that added to the overall fun. The smartass sidekick was silly, but not stupid. I got my laughs, so I'm happy.

I would've felt gyped at full price, but for the matinee price--it was an enjoyable outing.
