Can the Panthers get enough in the draft to help stop the run as well as find a consistent pass rush? Which do you think is more important. Pressure on their QB or stopping the rush?

Stopping the run would be my choice

If you stop the run, they you know when the pass is coming, which helps

If we can only rush the passer with Brian Burns types, then everyone will continue to log 200 yds rushing because they don't need to pass anyway.

Simplistic answer I know, but my take

Makes sense. So if Graham is gone at 8 then a Kenneth Grant, Jamaree Caldwell, Walter Nolen, Alfred Collins?
I've heard good things about Tyleik Williams, Shemar Turner, TJ Sanders. I'm just not a fan of Deone Walker. You just can't make a 6'7" top heavy dude play shorter without a bigger base.

It is one of the better years to need a DLineman for sure. No way we can move up for Graham, but Grant is a great trade down option for a huge, quick guy that can use his hands well.

He will go around 20th pick

    Dream scenario

We trade back to 10 so Chicago can get Will Alexander We can flip 41 and 57 in 2nd round
Then, we trade down to 18 with Seattle picking up the 50 pick in the 2nd

At 18, we get Grant preferably, then maybe Mike Green if not.
Will be fantastic players in top half of 2nd round so 41 could yield the Edge/DT guy or a CB if we don't resign Jackson.
3 picks in top 50 would be ideal

If you were Tennesse, would you offer a 5th rounder for Derek Carr and then draft Abdul Carter?
I have major doubts about these QB's this draft

We need defensive linemen, period. In a 3-4, you need a big fat guy in the middle and we don't have that. You also need two 3 or 5 techs and Derrick Brown is all we've got there. So it's no wonder teams ran all over us. Plug up the middle, which will be better with DB, and teams are suddenly vulnerable to the rush. And there are a lot of big fat guys with quick feet in the draft, so it looks good for us.

If I was Tennessee, I would throw the bag at Darnold or Cousins when he is released. Carr isn't worth a 5th.

CBS joins the Jalon Walker on the Panthers bandwagon.

I hope Campbell drops to 8 spot.

Many trade down possibilities as 6 or 8 teams could use an OT

Could still pick up Walker or Green or Grant, Warren, by dropping back and getting better suited for round 2
