At 5, Panthers will probably have choice of

    DT Mason Graham
    OLB Abdul Carter
    CB Will Johnson

    Really good spot

I would like to see Edge or CB at our first pick, but if we take a chance on TMac I won't be unhappy. There don't look to be too many stars this year, but there's real talent all the way to the third.

Gonna pass on Carter after watching him in the Oregon game.
He is Brian Burns 2.0. Quick but light and gets pushed around.

go w Graham as better value in the first.

Hope for the OLB in 2nd

This is a weaker draft overall, but a strong one for Carolina's particular needs. Morgan could stack up a deep D line rotation.

As I normally do, I am moving more and more toward the trade down option in the first.

If we pick at 5, then a QB, OT, or Hunter will be around and should draw some major interest.

We need the extra picks in higher rounds

Since our DC might get a head coaching gig, do you think we stay with the 34 D?

Seems we already don't have LB's suited for that offense, nor do we have a true NT.

How difficult to change to the 34?
