David Tepper

Tepper is 67 years old. It will take years to move the team, and he will have to get a domed stadium built. Then he would have to convince the NFL to actually let him host a Super Bowl. I can't see this being a 5-10 year process, maybe 10 at the quickest it happens. So it just doesn't make sense.

If he were to move the team, it would either be to make more money or to just be an asshole. This is the guy who bought his ex-bosses house, demolished it, and built a bigger one where it stood, after all. But Charlotte really hasn't done anything to incur his wrath like that, and it's doubtful that there's a market out there which will really make him that much more money.

If he moves the team, it will be across 485 to a new stadium in the Pipe & Foundry yard.

For a guy who won't accept losing, he loses an awful lot.
