Does anyone believe Tepper isn't at least shouting DO SOMETHING I'M BORED at the front office/coaches?

Essentially, they voluntarily moved back 59 spots just to make the pick last night. It might be the most thoughtless, valueless draft moves I've ever seen from an NFL team.

The most ridiculous part is they (Tepper-God forbid Morgan snd Canales too) truly believe this to be an intelligent, dividends paying move.

Legette would have been a bad pick at 33 anyway. He's a clone of Mingo and you've all but guaranteed one of them will be rotting away on the bench.

    No strategic thinking whatsoever.

No mystery to the status quo.

I guess if you look 4 years from now and Leggett is a superstar, we get to pay him very little for one extra season.

Teams take the 5th year thing very seriously, so getting the same guy with one extra year is worth it to some.

All this goes out the window if he stinks

So they gave up a 5th for a 6th to get a extra year with the guy they wanted. meh I really don't have that big an issue with it. It's not like a Corral or a DJ Johnson move. Let's see if they can get a CB or a center with 39.
I'm LOLing thinking the Falcon fans are pitching a bitch over the Penix move. Their QB ain't no spring chicken, but that reeked of desperation. I think they panicked seeing all the QBs go so quickly.

The odds of Pennix Jr succeeding in Atlanta are 28-3
