I'm curious to see how that list changes after the combine. Given the depth of WR talent coming out there should be some replacements for the Panthers' current group even in the third or later range. That GBN list had McConkey at 66 rated and it wouldn't shock me to see him go in the first.
I'm actually looking with more excitement at the combine than I did at the Panthers playing real games last season. Where every game felt like watching another of your own fingernails being slowly pulled off with some rusty pliers.

Yeah that's all more than fair and may turn out that way.

The line quality just really worries me even when all are fit. It needs adding to with quality for me to give Bryce the best chance to make plays.

An interesting off season ahead but I really feel the new setup will see us improve season on season whatever they decide to do.

I think I'd put quality depth over the wish of everyone being and staying healthy. After seeing last year's offense I don't see everyone being healthy as a world beater over quality replacements. I know the draft is a crap shoot, but it's a cheaper gamble than a quality FA.
I thought Icky was a sure thing in the draft and it seems he has actually digressed.

There are also better play designs out there to protect Bryce. Canales has already said he wants the ball out in 2.7 seconds or less. Just designing plays like that alone will make the line look a ton better.

Which is fine but I still want better linemen added and I think we will do.

By the same token though, receivers will also improve in a different scheme. Lots to follow this off season.

If the WRs couldn't get separation last season I'm not sure how much new coaches will improve that.

With different schemes and plays that aren't as vanilla as the ones used by Reich. New ideas we didn't see last season. Players actually being well coached.

That's what I'm hoping to see.
