Hubbard has been one of the legitimate bright spots of this depressing season. That guy is probably the Pamthers most improved player over the last two years. They need to make Sanders a post-June 1 cut and roll with him as a 2024 starter.

Another bright spot is Stephen Sullivan. I want him targeted more.

Hubbard is the Panthers' version of the tallest dwarf. When his mediocre stats are considered a bright spot then that just accentuates just how sucky this squad is.

    One unpopular opinion I have.

Bryce is not all that bad.

He has a porous Oline and with his height, cannot do much, especially when the guards and centers let pressure right into his face.
His weapons are slow and get little separation, if not running the wrong routes (Mingo)

If given an extra second in the pocket, and cleaner protection up the middle, he would accomplish much more. Should he have sat the fist half of the season, yes.

Yeah, the more you watch this offense, the harder it is to imagine any QB being successful in it. They don't pick up extra rushers and nobody gets open. It was horrible from the first series of the preseason and it never got better.

The whole world is shitting on Tepper now, and that's fine with me, but looking at each move in isolation, I think he basically had to fire Reich. It's nuts to fire a coach after 11 games but this might be the 1% of the times where that's warrented.

The numerous stories that Reich refused to adjust his "program" to fit the personnel justified it for me. Sure, you want to run your style of offense, but when you come in new & see not all your guys fit your plan, you adjust until you get the right players.

A Reich that refuses to adjust it's tactics? Impossible.
