For some it's difficult to bring the passion when not playing.
All the positive talk when Duce was hired and how loud he was during training camp, but didn't hear squat about him once the season started.
Maybe he knew some things about Sanders' heart early on.

Firing Josh McClown and de facto replacing him with Jim Caldwell probably makes Bryce Young look 10% better right away. I'm not a huge Caldwell guy but he's an actual NFL coach, not an obnoxious male cheerleader with zero coaching experience beyond high school.

    Scheme and injuries

Offense is built to run the ball in power fashion.

Offense we run is zone blocking, movement, etc.

Scheme does not match the personnel.

    Defense is riddled w injuries

Not certain how anyone can turn this around quickly

I'd be curious to see how many runs are ordered to the left side of the OL.

    Doubt he'd want it.

Would likely clash with the ever hands on Tepper too.

David Tepper turned down Jim Harbaugh back in January. He didn't even bring him in for a formal interview. Jim Harbaugh called Tepper to let him know he was interested Tepper said no thanks.

I love Jim Harbaugh but I'm guessing Tepper has already fucked this dream up.
