Let's break it down cause I'm in a fan rage mood:
If he cared about franchise or more importantly the city/fans he'd spill the beans on the actual problems. The healing can only begin once you know how deep the rot is to quote the great poet taylor swift band aids dont fix bullet holes. But nope he wants another job as a "consultant"


The nfl is a meritocracy. Dude wtf. Nepotism is epidemic in this league and right behind that is flat out cronyism- guess why your buddy Josh is now seeking employment.

Tepper has standards? Have you seen his head coaching hires? Or the GMs? Or the QBs he keeps demanding?

Dude how do expect to command respect when you kiss ass so openly?

Reich will draw a great salary for the next several years. On Tepper.

There's a quote that's been on my desk since my rookie year in 1985. You will hear me say this a lot, and it says this, "No man becomes suddenly different from his habits and cherished thoughts."

Truer words Frank, truer words. Hope the money does you good. It's all he really wanted and wasn't going to suddenly change that
