So Brock Purdy and Bryce were picked back to back.

We don't need the first pick in the draft, but the last, that is what we are working on now. Trade down for Mr Irrelevant instead of making our 1st rounders that guy

Full disclosure I'm a UNC fan, but I've never understood the Caleb Williams fixation among the draftniks. What am I missing?

I'm not even suggesting Maye is better, I just don't see any evidence to support why Williams is a level above the other QBs. He's small and seems likely to run into the similar issues other smallish prospects run into in the NFL.

Also I know its bad to broad brush prospects but Lincoln Riley qbs aren't exactly setting the league on fire. Best one so far is hurts.

That was a feel good story for two weeks until Deion ruined it by being disgustingly obnoxious after the wins.

Even Hurts seems to limit that offense more than you would like to see in a perfect world.

Mayfield has to be in a system with deep dropbacks and outside the hash throws. I don't know how long Tampa can keep mashing that button before defenses take it away.
