I do not wish ill on him or Fields but the buckeye qb curse will be looming during a pressure packed high expectation season for both of them
One great thing about Young. .. he seems completely unfazed by pressure

The Panthers have quite a few athletes who were being misused. Chinn, Brown, Burns. Hoping the new DC can utilize their talents.

Shooting gaps has never been part of the scheme Evero is installing - actually, the DL assignments of this Vic Fangio system are among the most passive in football, since the 3 DLs are all basically 2 gapping - so I don't know what the hell this dude is even talking about. If Brown was ever going to blossom into a pass rushing DT, it would have happened under Phil Snow.

He's a very good DL, but he doesn't have that next plateau that our fans like to fantasize about.

Problem is always the same, "system" guys never adapt to the talent. Which at the college and Pro level, shouldn't even be an issue if the GM/recruiters are paying attention.
High school coaches are too often stuck in what they know instead of adapting...frustrates the hell out of me... especially on the offensive side.
