What is weird about this site is that we have 2 or 3 different threads discussing the same subject.
    Can Mods merge?

Rumors are saying Fitterer could trade back if he feels he could still get a QB with new position. Meaning if he's happy with Young, Stroud, or Levis. Her have to have big stones to do that. But either way he traded up early and he has the pick

Don't think mods have that power and our site owners haven't been seen since a Bush was in the white house

As a long-time, Scott Fitterer Actually Sucks Truther, I'd love to blame the GM, but this is obviously Fitterer following a mandate from the owner. Does anybody really believe Scott Fitterer had to pitch this to Tepper?

I think the Baker Mayfield hire and miss taught the Panthers one thing.
Bigger QBs are a better bet than a smaller one.
That is the reason they won't go with Young.
I'm saying he'd be a bad choice. He appears to be fearless and a quick processor.
He had a stellar college career and a winning pedigree.
Still every time you see Young in the pocket you'll wonder if this the time he gets crushed by 270lb missile edge rusher.

They do. Merging threads always comes out weird cause conversations stray though. Better to let one thread dominate then the old one dies in obscurity

I did hear that Reich likes the bigger body guys in general, so we will see.

Bottom line, they think somebody is teachable, so I will quit fretting about it now. Love to see them drop back to number 2 with Houston and pick up the 2nd they lost. Maybe they find Stroud and Young equal and can play up Houston to move up.

Going all the way up to one tells me they firmly have a QB1 and QB2, at minimum.
