Wow, the Hornets won consecutive games for the first time since November. They did it without their "star" player.
It's easy to see that LaMelo Ball could be a special player, but he has a long, long way to go before I consider him one. He could control the offensive tempo, but the kid is reckless and makes way too many bad decisions.
This season has been a wash for him with injuries. He has hurt his ankle 3 times and I think his wrist is still bothering him from last year.
When he is playing his shot selection is horrible and he can make more TOs and fouls than he needs to.
The Hornets now command the second worse record in the league at 13-34. Yep, this is the season to do a spring cleaning and get some fresh faces on the team.

So I'm not the only one that thinks Bally sucks.
Not being able to watch the Hornets and the Bravos without joining a streaming service that I don't want is frustrating as a fan. I go through a backdoor online service to watch the games, but the service is hit or miss.
I knew there would be drawbacks when I cut the cable and customers have to draw the money line somewhere. I always enjoyed my Time warner service, but couldn't justify the rising cost of cable. Especially when I only watched a small portion of the available channels.
I mean does anyone really need 20 music channels?
Anyway... I got spoiled with getting the Hornets on the Charlotte local station, but since the Hornets are stinking up the league this year the frustration is a lot less.
Bally goes bankrupt and I'm happy about it. Greedy bastards...

The Hornets are pulling a Panthers move.
The Hornets have won 4 in a row for the first time all season and are 19-43 for the season. So late season meaningless wins to further knock them down on the draft spot lottery.
So they'll end up winning just enough to get a middle of the road draft pick.
On the bright side Plumlee is gone and Mark Williams is getting some valuable minutes and gathering game speed confidence.

The Hornets won their 5th straight game tonight , but LaMelo broke right ankle in the win.
The dude is cursed with his bones. He is as brittle as anyone I've ever seen. Broke his wrist last year and has had left ankle issues as well.
