Ah ok, I guess I did say it. Looks like you brought up the phrase "biological terrorist" first, and I kinda liked it. But honestly, I don't think you are a biological terrorist. You might be a Muslim terrorist though. I can't be 100% sure.

 

I wouldn't say "nothing" to do with safety. It fits multiple rolls. It fits the safety performance theater, like you see in airports taking off shoes. It fits some level of actual biological safety in that it limits the spread of water particles, which is the main vector for respiratory viruses. But that is not 100% obviously. It fits the legal CYA role, in that companies can demonstrate before a judge or jury that they did the best they could to protect workers using current knowledge and technology, so that the billion dollar class action lawsuit they are facing can be dismissed (hypothetical).

 

This is the strangest admission of "You were right" that I've ever read on the internet. My point this entire time is that onerous restrictions and performative protocols don't stop Covid. Hence, more people have died from Covid-19 while Joe Biden has been president. That's not me blaming Joe Biden, because it's always been insane to blame a virus that originated in China on an American president, but it does prove that you can't slogan/mask/socially distance a virus away. You can delay it for a short period, maybe, but it always surges back. It's here and we all have to live with it.

 

Yeah, the butties have a hard time admitting themselves wrong, even after demonstratively proven so over and over as the world turns.

They continually move goalposts, change the subject and build strawmen in their denial efforts. It's predictably predictable. You also see it in their media sources daily.

Where are the pols to absolve private industry from being sued as they have themselves and big pharma, if all the unscientific responses are now primarily due to potential litigation?

The same big pharma the left hated fervently until just recently. All the sudden, they aren't all about $. All the sudden big business should get into citizens/workers private lives and should hold something personal over their employment.

 

I thought my lawyer impersonation was pretty good. But you know, good lawyers have to think that way. It is a cutthroat world in high end law, and only the confident, strong, and unfrozen survive.
