Even last year, I think they might have creeped in at 8-8 with CMC. There were so many close games where one or two McCaffrey touches could have made the difference. Davis played hard but he's not even in the same universe, obviously.

Does it kind of bother you deep down that we don't have a stud at MLB? It's been a long time since we had our current talent level across the middle.

I'm already looking at the 2022 LBs and making a wish list.

I am not yet certain how they are gonna line up this season. Several tweeners on D, so not sure how the LB's will turn out.
Am happier about the DLine this season. And the secondary. OVerall, we seem much better on paper, but yes, the LB's are a question

With you on missing a badass MLB. If you get a list together please post that thang. .. would like to know who carolina could target for 22 draft.
It will probably be a more glaring need by draft day

A great D Line is sometimes the key to all of a sudden finding great linebackers and great secondary. Will wait to see

The Saints are scrambling right now. They might be reduced to glorified wildcat offense with Taysom Hill. Meanwhile, I have some serious Murphy Law's concerns with the Buccs. Returning all of your starters sounds good in theory, but I think people are forgetting how above-average they looked most of the year. They could end up victims of their own success.

I could even see a bizarro universe where Carolina and Atlanta end up dueling for the NFC South. This division is probably more fluid than people think.

Did they do anything to improve the defense in Atlanta? All I see is signing and drafting some defensive backs.

I also think they will regress on offense. For now, Jones > Pitt. And Alex Mack is gone. Atlanta will most likely be in the 4-6 win territory.

Anyone at camp this weekend? If so, what stands out? Although early, what’s the O-line looking like?
