I just watched his podium speech and he did a good job. He doesn`t sound like he`s from New York City, he sounds more California like.
Like everyone else here, all that shit means very little if the result stinks.
Malcontents like Donte Jackson better talk less and defend more. There is no hope for Reid. He is all about his cause.
Coach is use to dealing with kids that had scholarships hanging over their heads. Coach is not going to have that luxury here.

After years of Richardson hiring safe bets, this is a refreshing change. If he fails, so what?

Kudos to Tepper for looking for someone different.

That said, if we're gonna rebuild, we might have to do the nuclear option: dangle CMC for trade bait.

The problem is it's actually very possible, if not likely, to do worse than what Fox and Rivera did.

In the NFL, it's much easier to go down than it is to go up.

I'm betting that McCarthy and Rivera end up being the best hires of this cycle, at least in the short term. Rhule may end up being the forged diamond, but the team is already seemingly waving the white flag on 2020.

Richardson had the Panthers go 26-22 his first three years, and that was with an expansion team. Tepper inherited a team with a few stars and a couple generational talents and so far has gone 12-20 in his first two years.

And there's no way we trade CMC, not unless we're tanking for Trevor.

The Rivera era would have run it's course even if JR kept the team. Tepper bought high on the Panthers. This is his first big test as an owner. I'm fine with a rebuild, but I hope he has the patience to see it through.

Is that the same flag they used the last half of 2018 and 2019?

Sounds like McDaniels is going to the Browns barring a last second change of heart.
