I had him for an amateur event. He does a great job. Very focused and professional.

 

When I was 15, I turned the corner of a hallway in the Hilton Head Marriott and physically bumped into Johnny Cochran, who was being followed by a bevy of cameras.

Later that night, I met a likely drunk Gene Wilder while walking to dinner.

I’ve lived a full life.

 

In 1996, I caddied for PGA tour pro John Huston in a charity event. I trolled Fred Funk on the 3rd tee (only after he remarked to Huston: “Christ, Johnny...your boy there needs a crash course in groove cleaning.”)

I started roasting him about his recent driving accuracy woes on tour. I knew obscure every obscure stat, and I also knew how, with precision, to jolt a fuckface’s ego. Huston liked that. Funk didn’t, as he then floated his standard 255-yd cuckold-fade into the worst bunker on the course.

And, it was slow as fuck all day, so the cunt had to co-exist with me on the next 15 teeboxes.

Huston tipped me $380 and told me he thoroughly enjoyed himself.

Bull Moose and I grew up around a country club and we got to hang around a bunch of pro golfers. That's that extent of all of this. We got to caddy for some of them at an annual Pro-am event. I once caddied for 2 time U.S. Open champion Curtis Strange. He was a dick.

 

Good deal, though he grew up the same way, Frank would be a few years older than you, so...
