Guenther will turn that defense around pretty quickly, though. Jack Del Rio is/was a coaching charlatan. They have the talent to be a perennial top ten defense. Gruden will be able to ride that to a handful of winning seasons and occasional playoff win, before heading back to the broadcast booth (where he's also very overrated) on yet another huge contract.
