Kelvin Benjamin traded

Cam played his best in 2015 when Benjamin was gone and Olsen isn't far from returning. Who knows

 

This sends a helluva message.

A third and seventh for a 28th pick is not great, especially with this crew picking scrubs there.

Cam forced the ball way too much to KB, disregarding other wide open guys. He does this with 88 sometimes too, but 88 has better hands and runs better routes. 13 ran average routes, didn't block worth a shit for a big guy and was at is best at jumping 15 ft for overthrown passes (which actually is a positive, considering the passer's tendencies). He surprisingly had few yacs, though could be good at getting a yard or two using his size for a 1st. So there's good and bad with him.

I don't have the numbers, but I bet a high % of ints have come from passes to 13.

 

Seems disappointing on the surface. Who gets the freed up roster spot? I don't suppose Smitty has been staying in shape.

I don't get it either my suspicion is they beleive Cam locks on to Benjamin to much. They must expect Shepard and Samual to produce more also.

 

Non existence running game and now no Benjamin going against Atlanta. Why couldn't we have tossed in shula and make it a 1st Rd pick

 

Just an odd move overall. Feels weird, like there isn't much a coherent plan in place. Just Marty trying to show he can 'plan for the future'.

 

It is unsettling. He was worth more than a 3rd and 7th. Heck, the bills might even have late picks on top of that.
