    That's what really is a shame. Its actually utterly disheartening.

    Coaches, players, they all are held accountable and can get fired and be out of the league after repeated mistakes.

    This union that protects the refs, man...they simply aren't held accountable.

    Their punishment is not officiating playoff games and the Superbowl.
