    A suspension is plausible given the judge's ruling. I still don't get the legal system well enough to understand why the judge got to make a ruling without a jury trial.

    Jees, shouldn't folks get trials and convictions before judgement?

    All the sudden they got to do something to Hardy because of the RR clip? Really? Is there a clip of Hardy smacking his chick we don't know about?

    Misdemeanors are heard in district court and the guilt/innocence is decided by a judge. Felonies are tried in Superior Court, where a jury is utilized if there is a trial. Hardy was charged with a misdemeanor.
