    Why?

    Irsay clearly has a problem but its mostly contained in the media. The player suspensions are for two reasons make the league good/clean WE DON'T SUPPORT RAPISTS/ABUSERS/DRUNKS WE JUST EMPLOY THEM and protect the investment of the owners THEY CAN'T PLAY IF THEY'RE IN JAIL TRY TO DETER IT

    $500,000 was the max Goodel could fine without going to the owners and asking permission to exceed that.
