    Strengths
    Oh well got their backup PG and some 3 point shooting. Would have rather had PJ

    •Scoring point guard
    •Clutch performer
    •Good 3-point shooter
    •Great free-throw shooter
    •Excellent rebounder for his position
    •Exceptional leader
    •Good defender


    Weaknesses

    •Size
    •Needs to cut down on turnovers

    My only concern about Hairston in Charlotte is that he is too close to all his homies.

    I'm hoping his dismissal got him thinking. They have money to spend in free agency. I'm hoping they can address the backup PG there
