It is normal procedure for suspects in domestic violence cases to be denied bond as part of a 24-hour cooling off period.

Although it bothers me some to admit it, I really don't care what happens between him and his woman. My connection to him is as a football fan and until it is clear that he's a certified bad actor, I don't want to know about his personal life. And frankly scratches don't suggest that to me. Now, if it turns out he beat the snot out of her that's a different thing. But all the cops need is a complaint and some physical evidence (scratches) to haul your ass to jail.

It does depend on what he really did. Being the physical aggressor towards a female is wrong, period. Throw the book at him.

Pushing away, restraining, etc., a crazy woman that decides to attack you and won't stop, much different situation. I know they will still arrest you for that but the court of stratocatter will not find you guitly of a crime.

He wants a big contract and does this? Doesn't this give the panther leverage in contract negotiations?

The arrest warrant alleges that the 6'4/290 Hardy "grabbed victim, threw her to the floor and bathtub, slammed her vs. a futon and strangled her." It also alleges that he said he would kill her.

    Well that's not so bad.

    Lol.

    I wonder what she did.

This kind of shit (aggressive, losing temper) could go along with one of those banned substance diets too.
