    It is, primarily because he's already announced that he will do the play-calling. Not only is he a below average OC, but having a head coach who attempts to be that involved with coordination limits his ability to handle the things head coaches should actually be doing.

    I'm still not interested in coaching. I think the league has come to the realization I wasn't all that as a coach :worry-rose:

    Cowher won't come back unless it's the absolutely perfect situation that requires no rebuilding. I laughed when Redskins fans thought they had a chance to get him this year.

    Coaches with Super Bowl wins have no real incentive to come back. They can make as much money doing television with far less stress and far more enjoyment.
