Yeah it burns my ass that they called it a Tampa 2. It's not at all.

Ck I hear ya on Shula. For me, it's about the protection and routes. We looked a little schizo out there last night, and I felt like we panicked in the third quarter. While I agree that the passing game has to intensify, we still should've stuck with screens and draws to keep them a little uneven, and worked the centerfield more underneath with the backs and TEs to keep Vaccaro honest, as he dom'd our asses all night.

When we go deep, too often almost all of our guys do - almost like what you'd see dialed up from a kid playing a video game...and that leaves Newton vulnerable to pressure, and we all know that Cam will see the pressure before he sees where the route will go - eliminating him from burning the blitzes with the deep ball consistently. Other teams know you send people at him, create scrambles, and if you spy him, it almost doesn't matter of our guys are open (which they frequently are) because he won't hit them half the time.

I don't understand WHY - and I've been banging this drum for the entire year, though I don't think Shula is wholly terrible at all - but WHY we don't get him out of that pocket more on designed roll outs!!!

Jesus, we have a rickety line, get him moving! Option pass plays, or just create more opportunities for him to get out of that trouble zone behind that awful line.

He also needs safety valves, and WHY have we not seen so many more hot routes? Why not more comebacks? I keep hearing the route trees are so flexible, but it's tough to see.

I don't know....I guess I just thought last night was a sloppy game for the players and coaches.

On a separate note from Shula, I like Riverboat more than I do Analytical.

We got here by going for the throat. Not by playing it safe. We have no business being 9-4....we better not get soft now.

Really, we handled the start of the game much better than I expected. It's a shame that we couldn't get touchdowns on those first two possessions.

What in fucking hell are you talking about? Surprising enough this team has been adjusting well and shutting people down after half time. SF and Miami didn't do shit after half.

We shit the bed in the second quarter... End of story.

Peter King says Cam is too black. Where is Michael Jackson's doctor when you need him?

PK didn't mean his skin color just... look at how the undersized brees showed so much grit. Think he watches a lot of film? Maybe.
