Yeah, lets leave Cam in the game. Good idea.

Shula was horrible. Cam was worse. Or the other way around, not sure. But they helped each other. It was like a hideous, bad synergy. They were fucking awful.

I don't want Bell to ever come back to Charlotte. Ever. I don't care how it happens, I want him gone.

The Saints showed it's not the end of the world, because they took it last week. It was our turn.

Let's get it, learn from it, and move the fuck on, but this was as bad as it gets this year. And that defense is getting tired. We can't tackle, we can't press for shit, and we can't cover.

Terrible. Outplayed, out coached, out everything. Fuck this.

While I agree Cam was horrible, I'm not so sure I feel the same about Shula in this game. Can you count how many times Cam over threw the wide outs/TE Olsen? I thought the play calls were decent, execution was poor. Cam had Tolbert with a clear lane on a screen, but threw it 5 feet over his head. He can not go vertical. Greg Olsen open down the center and missed. The receivers were open several times and Cam let it go too late. Made the Saints defense look great, and our offense seem ridiculous. The receivers were fighting hard and left the field the same way.

The D did look really bad too, not wrapping up, not tackling well. That's been a strong characteristic for them this year, so I will toss it up as a bad day. Every once in a while the offense needs to take the leadership role.

Riverboat was out chasing hookers on bourbon st during that game. Sensible Ron chose not to go for Tds early and settle for field goals

It's not a Tampa 2. I don't know why the media keeps saying otherwise. In a Tampa 2 the boundary corners play an under zone and release the WRs if they run deep, which our corners never ever do. But yeah, Kuechly is terrible in coverage. He needs to come out of the game in obvious passing situations.

Good point. That dispels the notion that Shula is masterfully managing the clock to dominate time of possession. The offense is slow as shit because it's disorganized and confused.

I agree that execution was poor, but I haven't liked the route design all season. With largely the same personnel: 13th ranked pass offense in 2011, 16th ranked pass offense in 2012, and 29th ranked pass offense in 2013. And before anyone says that pass yards are misleading because the team has been winning more and needs to pass less, here are yards per attempt: 2011 - 10th, 2012 - 5th, 2013 - 23rd.
