You do realize we'd need a higher pick than Cleveland to entice them into a trade up right?

Gil Brandt doesn't have a clue what he's talking about. Do you think Philadelphia would give up LeSean McCoy for a 2nd? Would Tampa Bay give up Doug Martin for a 2nd? Would Buffalo give up Spiller for a 2nd? Would Baltimore give up Ray Rice for a 2nd? And then consider that Richardson is on his rookie deal and therefore is at a fraction of the cost of a free agent running back. I understand that backs are losing value compared to the past, but Trent Richardson is a top 10 talent at the position.

I like Bridgewater a lot, but none of these guys are Luck or RG3. Plus, the QB class this time is insanely deep with talent so there's not much point in trading up. I haven't watched Hundley, but I doubt the hype from two good games is justified. Regardless, there's no way the Panthers finish with a top five pick.

He does need a reasonably competent quarterback, and the Browns are sorely lacking there.

Only you would be arrogent enought to say that.
I just think on a whole with more and more teams going to tandem RBs, and the short shelf life, the position is being devalued. It sure seems so with Chud and the GM willing to get rid of him so fast
I hope the Panthers don't finish with a top 5 pick but the Browns must really like one QB and are positioning themselves to move up and get him. The dead money they are now carrying is what makes it hard to understand.

Yep, I'm also hoping we arnt in the position to trade with Cleveland for them to trade up with us. However is Rivera is gone and say Skipper takes over I hope we don't free fall ala Pittsburgh

His last name is Lombardi so we should probably give him the benefit of the doubt.

So I guess this fucks up that highly annoying NFL fantasy football commercial.
