Hopefully coach Price can help Walker and MKG with their 3pt. shooting.

I forgot about the lockout when looking at games played. :quiet: That said, he did have some injury issues earlier in his career. Overall, I don't know. I get that the natives were restless and Jordan needed to give them some reason to buy tickets. I also get that running out bad teams year after year never got a #1 pick and never even got a top player (MKG, Zeller, etc are all role players with no potential whatsoever to be superstars). But with all that said, Jefferson just makes Charlotte a little less terrible to watch. I would have taken a chance on Bynum and/or Tyreke Evans, who are both young enough to stick around by the time this team is worth a crap (if that ever happens). Doubling down on headcases would probably fail as well, but at least it has a chance. What does Al Jefferson do?

As bad as Bynum's injury problems are, do you really think he'll be a "long term" guy?

No idea, but he has a chance. I also don't get finally "going for it" in a season where the draft class is the best in many years.

I guess he figures with Charlotte`s luck in the draft it didn`t really matter.
If there are 20 can`t miss young`uns in the next draft, Charlotte would end up somehow drafting at 21.

yeah, it seems like it's a bit premature. of course, it's not like adding jefferson is going to suddenly make charlotte a contender. maybe they figure with a deep draft, they're likely to get a good player even if they finish at 10th worst compared to 2nd worst.
