    I will never understand professional athletes. I mean, you got lucky that you shot some guy in the face and he didn't press charges, so then you murder someone else?

    Probably just obstruction for now since they know they can get him on that. I know athletes get away with things all the time, but it doesn't get any more open and shut than Hernandez destroying that evidence. I would be shocked if he didn't go to prison, but he's willing to do that because it makes the murder much harder to prove.
