Don't mistake a link posted on draft day about guards we may look at to mean anyone takes any of this as gospel. It's fodder for debate, or just something to talk about.

I have no idea who the guy who wrote it is, who or what Bleacher Report is (I have none of these sites on save, I just google), and I have no idea how you know who any of these fuckers are or what they aspire to be when they grow up - you possess more knowledge than I do about these assholes, and so I'll defer to you and acknowledge this guy might be a dolt. I don't care though....it's something to ... hope for.

The top end of this draft is pretty miserable, yes. The whole thing is - but it's fair to entertain the notion, based on history, that one or both of the guards may fall.

Entertaining the thought doesn't mean believing in it, nor does a thought become meaningless just because of the man or woman writing it.

On May 23, 2011, I became a Featured Columnist on the site, and for all of you aspiring writers out there, know that the road to success is winding and narrow, but through hard work and dedication, anything can be achieved.

His name links to his author profile on bleacher report.

And if you want to know why they're so loathed it's because they basically write articles to generate page views, and until a year or two ago anyone could write for them. Actually almost anyone still can.

I understand that but this guy doesn't even really provide evidence or justification for his thoughts it's just a bunch of generalizations better served up as bullet points.

It's COMPLETELY meaningless. Bleacher Report is a flaming piece of shit run by retards.

Well, consider me educated on Bleacher Report. I'll certainly concede to that, but the thought itself isn't meaningless.

There's merit to the thought, if there is none to the clowns writing it.

I looked, and I cannot disagree with anything you two say about it. Some of it's appalling. The fuckers can't seem to write a coherent sentence, but to think that the guards might slide is not a new thought, and I've banked on it before I saw that page, as my "bold pick" today was Jon Cooper.

The NFL has become a passing league, and guards offer the least contribution to the passing game.

This is a stupid fucking thing to say. That's a video game nerd pretending to make a vague football observation. The Panthers have had some terrible guards so we know how much that can fuck up your passing game.

I agree that saying a guard isn't important to the passing game is a naive thing not only to say, but have written for thousands to see.

But guards don't play in as much space as the other players do, and if you compare them to a T, or a skill position, there are probably a lot of people out there who still subscribe to that train of thought.

That's why I like Cooper so much. I think he's fucking fantastic, and the more I watch, the more I fall in love with the potential. I think he can aid our passing game more than Warmack can, and with us running so much read option, he fits us far more than Chance.

All of this doesn't mean a fuck about the kids who write for Bleacher Report, nor does it mean I'm defending them or pissing on them. Frankly, I don't know enough about them or care to. You guys educated me to their foolishness, and I'm glad I know now. But that doesn't erase the fact I posted the link with hopes of it being true....I pray it is. Cooper is the pick I really want - well no, Lane Johnson's my #1, but that aint happening.

I can still hope with crossed fingers that Cooper drops - and with the history of Gs in the draft, I think it's possible. Likely? No, but possible.

Other than all of that, fuck the dudes who write anything.

Can you show me a site where there is good, thorough analysis and professional grade penmanship?

With all that being said, if I continue to post links that I find relevant, it should be understood that I do so as a matter of being jacked for the draft, and not giving a fuck who wrote it or if it's written well or not.

I hope one of the Guards, or Star falls to us. That's my "big three" that I hope might just be a real possibility.
