This guarantees Flacco is about to get hilariously overpaid right? Awesome.

Yep. He's a very good qb but no where near elite. He'll get grossly over paid but its the league we watch

i Defibitely think SF lost the game as much as Baltimore won it. Good for the Ravens, I guess. Now they'll pretty much be screwed by having to give Flacco "Drew Brees Money", so this was probably the end of their SB window for a while.

And Beyonce still has an elite ass.

LOL at Cowher for saying SF should have benched Kaepernick during the power outage. Good call you balding old fuck.

I'm sure the Ravens are very pleased to have Flacco as their QB.

I know. Joe Flacco isn't very good, Kuechly didn't deserve DROY, Cam is a bad quarterback, I mean...ugh, if only the Ravens didn't have to deal with him, and we didn't have to deal with Cam and Luke on our team!

    Oh the horrors.

Sometimes this board gets so pretentiously, and humorously faux analytical it borders on insanity.

The Ravens would have commited to Flacco longtem by now if they were so pleased to have him. They realize he's not an elite quarterback, but this miracle playoff run will give him the leverage to be a c*nt in negotiations. Baltimore will return to their customary role as playoff cuckolds in no time.

    SB Take-Aways:

-Phil Simms is in love with Kaepernick. No, seriously.
-Colin Kaepernick has a weird shape to his head, and his eyes are close set. And he sees the field better to his right than his left.
-I liked the Dodge Ram (God Made a Farmer) and Old Folks Doritos commercials best. Overall, crappy selection. The Stevie Wonder commercials were creepy.
-The Pistol is here to stay as long as there are new-breed QB's to run it...or until defenses adjust. We may see a shift in how teams draft for defense if the trend to spreads and pistols grows.
-Watching Flacco, I couldn't help but think how very far Cam has to go.
-Vonta Leach. LB's are scared of him. And so am I. Holy crap.
-Was that really Ted Ginn, Jr. out there?
-My wife was glad the team "that wears purple" won the game.

Pretty sure she performed all of them live, and frankly that was the best Super Bowl halftime show I can remember.

Franchised, since the tag is only ~$14.5 mil.

Yeah, elite quarterbacks don't underthrow Jacoby Jones to the point that he falls down. He also made some dangerous throws when rolling out, but Boldin made it work. Baltimore did the little things they needed to win, while San Francisco made huge mistakes that make you lose. I also didn't like the 49ers slowing things down once they got inside the red zone on their last drive. When you're down by more than 3, you need to score as quickly as possible instead of hoping you'll score a touchdown with little time on the clock. Had they not purposefully run so much time off the clock they could have kicked a field goal, kicked off, forced Baltimore to punt, and still had enough time to drive for a winning field goal (lolAkers).
