Three rookie quarterbacks led their teams to the playoffs this year. Cam doesn't even have a non-losing season under his belt yet. It's less about shitting on the guy and more about keeping things in perspective.

 

Football isnt basketball where 1 person can carry a team to the playoffs.. The teams those qbs played for are in better teams.

 

How does the Colts roster of this past year differ from the year previous?

Cam has Rivera. C'mon. He had an OC who instead of running a balanced offense that would put him in a situation conducive to winning, he put the whole thing on his back in an political attempt to gain back favor and excitement with the fans, and to justify using the #1 overall with him - and it was extremely evident last year.

Not criticizing just Chud for that - I imagine that was not by his design alone. And either way, Cam's first two years trump any other QBs, win or lose.

That's just devil's advocate shit there, fwiw. I have my own worries with Newton myself, but let's not pretend he sucks.

 

Jim Caldwell. Perhaps, the worst head coach in the history of civilization. I mean, the man is terrible. John Marshall is hall of fame next to his ass. Rivera towers over him like a statue of excellence. Mike Singletary makes Caldwell polish his fucking shoes with spit.
